- In 1990, my fourth career, Real Estate, began in Michigan. I was a REALTOR there until 1997.We moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, where I was selected to lead several large offices. I managed, recruited, trained, coached and helped build some legendary careers. In 2004, I moved to Jacksonville, Florida. It did not take long to figure out which company had an extraordinary culture. The “Watson Way” is a perfect fit. Since I joined the team, I have had the pleasure of serving as Corporate Trainer, Broker/ Vice President of the Atlantic Beach Office and currently I am a part of the sales team at the Ponte Vedra Beach office on A1A just north of Sawgrass. I am a member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. I specialize in the marketing and sales of distinctive properties. I also specialize in Palencia, World Golf Village, Ponte Vedra,Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Oceanfront, riverfront,and golf course properties in Duval and St Johns Counties.
